For the TVAA’s “Foray IV – Pushing the Envelope” Exhibition I made a 40″ x 60″ mini tarp picada titled “Deja Vu All Over Again.”
I used a portion of the “Red Tree” Treefort Tarp Picada — one of the tarps which was too damaged to repair after hanging for six months on the back wall of the Record Exchange.
I added pieces from the “Day and Night” tarp too…
and an image from our window “cling” Will Spearman designed for the TVAA “Double Take” Exhibition. For me, this piece really was deja vu all over again!
